The King of Bollywood, Shah Rukh Khan may just end the year 2023 on a high note with three back-to-back blockbusters, a hat-trick! With two mega hits 'Pathaan' and 'Jawan' he is already riding high on success and now his fans are waiting for another Box office phenomenon with 'Dunki,' which hit the theatres on 21 December 2023. On the other hand, Prabhas starrer Salaar is directed by Prashanth Neel and released on 22 December 2023.

According to reports, SRK has charged INR 28 crore for Dunki plus shares from the total profits. Other actors Vicky Kaushal, Boman Irani, Taapsee Pannu and Satish Shah have charged INR 12 crore, 15 crore, 7 crore, and 11 crore respectively.
Talking about Salaar, the lead actor Prabhas has charged a substantial fee of Rs 100 crore for his titular role in the movie. Additionally, he is expected to receive 10% of the profits. Further, Prithviraj Sukumaran is reported to have charged Rs 4 crore and Shruti Haasan will receive Rs 8 crore for her role. According to Zee News, Jagapathi Babu, also part of the Telugu movie, is charging a fee of Rs 4 crore.
6. Which OTT Platform Will Dunki And Salaar Release?
There are speculations that Dunki may premiere on the JioCinema digital platform, although no official confirmation has been issued yet.
For Salaar, Netflix India has reportedly acquired the streaming rights for the movie in multiple languages, making a substantial deal worth over Rs 100 Crore.
