Colombian singer shakira doesn"t mind splashing cash while shopping because she feels her spending habits help boost the global economy.

The Hips Don't Lie star who earlier used to worry about spending money on material things, now is convinced she can benefit the world by her shopping addiction.

She says, “I used to feel guilty - I am a Catholic girl, with Catholic believes after all - but today, the way I see it, shopping keeps the world rolling."

As the world where people don't consume, their economic slag.
