Prince Not To Sell Songs On Internet

By Religare

Singer Prince
The US Pop singer Prince, has revealed that he will not sell his album on the Internet, ensuring that web based medium will soon vanish as they are no longer 'hip'.

'The Purple Rain' singer wooed video sharing website YouTube as well as eBay in 2007 claiming that they are clearly able to filter porn and paedophile images but also choose not to filter out the unauthorized music and film content which is the core for their successful business.

"The internet's completely over. I don't see why I should give my new music to iTunes or anyone else. They won't pay me an advance for it and then they get angry when they can't get it. The internet's like MTV. At one time MTV was hip and suddenly it became outdated," said Prince.
