The Oscar award ceremony will introduce a new item this year – a '' to keep the speeches of the winners short.

The producers of the event have decided to introduce a ' ' through which the winners can express their gratitude to as many acquaintances as they like.

The Oscar winners can make a second endless speech behind the stage, as the process can be a most-hated part of the show, says Oscar co-producer Bill Mechanic. This “' videos will be posted on internet. Oscar winners can mail them to the near and dear or put them on their own sites, too.
