MJ Was Killed : Joe Jackson

The mystery revolving around Michael Jackson's death, gets denser with Michael Jackson's father, Joe Jackson planning to file a wrongful death lawsuit against the King of Pop's personal physician Dr. Conrad Murray. He claims Murray administered the drugs that ultimately killed the rock star.

Murray, earlier was charged for manslaughter, administering the powerful anaesthetic Propofol to Jackson minutes before the singer went into cardiac arrest last June (09) and died. He however, was sentenced not guilty.

Joe Jackson wants Murray to be punished for his alleged medical malpractice.Lawyer Brian Oxman is all set to begin proceedings, to file the wrongful death claims in Los Angeles County Superior Court next week.

Oxman confirmed that the Jackson family is seeking an unspecified amount of punitive damages, economic support, loss of companionship and loss of consortium.

Murray's lawyer strongly denies any of these claims, he says, "That's like throwing a bucket of water on a man drowning in the ocean."
