American singer, Lady Gaga believes she is an aristocratic lady and has made up her mind to prove it. She is busy finding about her family history.

The 24 year old singer, whose real name is Stefani Germanotta, has said that she can trace her family roots back to England.

The singer thinks that she is from the royal family.

To find out the truth, she has written a letter to the College of Arms, that keeps all the records of the royal ancestry lines.

“Lady Gaga"s family has always speculated about their English links. Who knows, she may have claims to be in the House of Lords or even be somewhere in line for the throne," said a close friend.
