The reality TV starlet conference,kim kardashian,photography,security,television was stunned when she happened to know that her dupe managed to get past the security during her conference in Brisbane.

She was so surprised with her first look-a-like Camilla Severi, that she hit Q-Confidential up for pictures.

Camilla crashed Kim's press conference in Brisbane by easily deceiving photographers, TV cameramen and screaming fans. But the security finally noticed the differences and got hold of the situation.

"What was up with that? Do you have any pictures? That's never happened to me, I've never had a look-a-like. I guess it's, like, flattering," says the excited celebrity.
