The dark clouds seem to shed away from Jesse James, Sandra Bullock's husband. Jesse James have checked out of rehab after a long month and is all set to start of new.

James, who checked into a rehab in Tucson last month, was being treated after the cheating scandal and with few others of the same nature to his name.

Jesse James came under the spotlight after tattooed model Michelle McGee publicly declared their 11 month old extra marital affair. Following this, two other women also came forward declaring their affair with him.

This report had shattered the married life of Sandra Bullock and Jesse James. The news came out soon after Sandra Bullock received the Oscar Award.

What aggravated the gossip was Jesse James missing wedding ring which was captured by one of the photographers.
