The 48 year old actor and director, gained popularity as Dr. Doug Ross on the NBC drama ER in 1994, has also starred in commercial and critical super hits like 'The Perfect Storm', 'O Brother Where Art Thou?' and 'Ocean's Eleven'.
He says that work is what still drives him and he hates wasting time.
"I suppose I could relax, ride my motorcycle, sit in cafes and enjoy the good life in Italy, but my work is what drives me,' said Clooney.
Clooney says that he has a very good life but it does not mean anything to him unless he feels that he had done some serious work. "So I need to keep pushing myself to do some work constantly,' he added.
