Charlie Sheen has decided to stay out of his Los Angeles home keeping in mind the restraining order stopping him from coming close to estranged partner Brooke Mueller, who is currently occupying the house,

The couple had got involved in a row on Christmas day at her rental house in Aspen, Colo.

However, Mueller has flown back to L.A. with the couple's twin sons, while Sheen is busy shooting his show 'Two and Half Men.'

Brook's lawyer Yale Galanter confirms, "Brooke has few personnel matters to look into, so she is in the house for a few days. Charlie is staying with a friend for the time she is there."

The couple need to be present in Colorado on 20th January for court hearing.

Brooke is said to be reaching next week and so will Charlie.
