It came as a bolt from the blue for the Hollywood damsel Sienna Miller as her photo was airbrushed to the cover of Vogue, back in 2007. Before the September 2007 issue was out, the Vogue staff were worried that the 27-year old actress was too "toothy", has "too many fillings" and "unruly hair".

The actress was airbrushed for the shoot with famed photographer Mario Testino back in 2007. The Vogue took one photo of Sienna's face and super-imposed it on a separate picture of her body. Even though this is quite a revelation, the actress' people admit that her photos are always retouched.

Head of communications Patrick O'Connell of Vogue on the other hand tries to cover the whole issue. He asserts that the fact of Ms Miller's photo coming on the front cover of Vogue is a testimony for the truth that no one is more convinced of Ms Miller's beauty than Vogue.
