Rachel McAdams has confessed she suffers from the guilt of living a luxurious life. She feels guilty while thinking of the planet"s environmental decline.

The actress even sticks to using things she already has instead of buying new ones in a bid to refrain from material things.

“I don't really desire material things. I prefer to spend money on experiences, on meals or on travel," said McAdams.

The actress looks at the world with a green lens. “It's all about a changing mindset; remembering to turn off the water when you are brushing your teeth, switching off the lights when you are not in the room and so on," says Rachel.
