First Photo Of The Pop King's Tomb Released

The first photograph of Michael Jackson's tomb published by the New York Post, finally ended the mystery surrounding his final burial. The King of Pop who died in June' 09 was interred in a mausoleum at the Forest Lawn Memorial Park in Glendale, California on September 3 in the presence of 200 close friends and family. The place was chosen by his family for its high security.

At the entrance of the mausoleum, the visitors are greeted by a huge stain glass reproduction of 'The Last Supper' by Leonardo da Vinci. As you go further inside, you can see the tomb adorned with flowers, framed photos, letters and other souvenirs from his close mourners. The tomb is yet not open to public. You have to be on the pre-approved list to go inside and pay your tribute.
