Mariah Carey and husband Nick Cannon have set their eyes on one of Los Angeles most plush houses
and have made an offer to own that place. The couple who were reportedly on a house hunt are said to have settled for the palatial Saperstein Estate in Holmby Hills for their new home.

Reports say that the the French Chateau-style home was up for sale in the market for a whopping amount of 125 million dollars, according to reports. Italian marble walls, French limestone floors, gold-embossed leather wall coverings, gold-leaf crowned mouldings, a ballroom and a library with a first-edition book collection adorn the mansion.

It also boasts of features like two kitchens, a screening room with seating for 50, a three bedroom manager's house along with staff quarters for 10, a private jogging track and a garage that can accommodate around 9 cars. However the celebrity couple's offer amount is yet to be revealed.
