Jessica Simpson On Domestic Violence

Trying to voice her concern over domestic abuse, Jessica Simpson has urged women to leave their partners and find a life for them selves.

Earlier, while speaking on the subject, Simpson had hinted that she too had been a victim of domestic abuse by former lover. The lyrics of her latest song 'Remember that' is inspired by her experience in a troubled relationship.

She further spoke once again during her performance at the New York's Madison Square Garden.

"To any woman out there who is in an abusive relationship, let me tell you that each and every single woman, you can take your heart and run so far away and fall in love again, and that's the reason I recorded this song called Remember That," Contactmusic quoted her as telling the crowd.
