Latest on the list of the highest earning celebrities after death is the late Heath Ledger. The late actor is listed along with dead celebrities who earn more from their graves than they ever did when alive.

Heath Ledger was 28 years of age when he died due to accidental overdose of prescribed drugs. Reportedly the actor has grossed an estimated 30.1 million dollars for his property last year.

As reported by the News.com.au, he was added to the wealthy Forbes list of the highest-earning dead celebrities. If he wins the Oscar for the nomination in the Best supporting actor category for the film 'The Dark Knight', he will earn another 5 million.

Another acclaimed actor and Hollywood legend Paul Newman earned 5 million dollars last year after his death. He passed away in September after a long battle against Cancer.
