Google's Logo, A Tribute To H G Wells

Google had left quizzical eyebrows raised, baffling its users throwing them into speculation for the change in its famous, much accustomed logo.
The internet giant attributes the change in its logo without any major event round the corner, as a tribute to author H.G.Wells also known as 'The Father Of Google", born 143 years ago.
"We're finally acknowledging the reason for the doodles with an official nod to Herbert George, who would be 143 years old today," the Telegraph quoted Google as saying.
Google also added, "Inspiration for innovation in technology and design can come from lots of places; we wanted to celebrate HG Wells as an author who encouraged fantastical thinking about what it possible, on this planet and beyond,"
Google doodles an inspiration!
