When Your CV Lies
Latest British research has revealed that 1 out of three persons lied in their Cvs. This was done to boost the chances to get the job. The survey was carried on 1300 adults and revealed by the Chartered Institute of Educational Assessors (CIEA) that represents markers and sessions.

The most widely carried out exaggeration was about degree qualifications, like turning 2:1 into a first, as revealed by the study. The research further revealed that the most common method was to create qualifications and experiences that never existed.

The findings have 'shocked' the CIEA, as reported by the independent. Graham Herbert, deputy head of the CIEA, said: "It was a bit of a shock. Some of the consequences of this can be dire. For instance, you could end up in court or it could ruin your career."

However, CIEA also declared that CV's in general were not the exact reflection of the indivisual's capabilities, as they concentrated only on academic success and past acheivments.AGENCIES
