Chuck Norris’ Picture To Save From Burglary

How about the idea of preventing burglary just by having a picture? Recently Chuck Norris' image has done that wonderful task. His picture saved a bakery in Split, Croatia, from burglary, and he doesn't even know of it.

A posh bakery in the city used to get broken into almost every week. Then the owners have decided to put a life-sized photo of the toughest man in Hollywood Chuck Norris in the window. The sign on the photo says: “This shop is under the protection of Chuck Norris."

The bakery is living without any danger these days. The bakery hasn't had a single burglary for more than a month. Thieves haven't been near the bakery for ages.

The practice of putting Chuck Norris' image at the window started as a joke initially. However it worked out and even robbers seem to respect him. The funniest factor is that some customers believe that Chuck Norris is sitting in the storeroom out the back ready to pounce on any burglars.
