Tatler Magazine's 'Best Dressed List 2009"

Tatler Magazine has released its best-dressed celebrities' list of 2009. Cheryl Cole becomes the style icon of the year beating Elettra Rossellini and Caroline Sieber to the second and third places respectively.

Kate Moss, last year's number two, and fellow supermodel Agyness Deyn, who was at number 10 last year, failed to make the top 10.
