Soon after the death of their dear son, Brandon Patch's parents filed a case against Louisville Slugger baseball bats manufacturer, Hillerich & Bradsby. They accused that the manufacturers did not provide proper warning about the dangers of using aluminum bats.
Now, a Montana jury on Wednesday awarded the parents 0,000 as compensation. However the jury did not find the bat itself to be defective. The special verdict says the failure to warn was the cause of the accident.
