Simon Cowell's 9 Million Dollar Love

Some do the 'I do' and some stop just mid ways. All love stories are not happy ending, least possibilities being the 'Planet Celebrity'.

While couples usually part ways on a bad note, Simon Cowell's break up has been a bit different he has reportedly given 9 million dollars cash as a parting gift to ex-girlfriend Terri Seymour.

In an interview with Life & Style magazine, a friend close to both Cowell and Seymour has said that the British music mogul has ended his six-year romance with the seal of a 'parting cash handover'.

According to reports, the American Idol judge has reportedly given Seymour 5 million dollars in cash and an extra 4 million dollars to buy a home in Beverly Hills.

"Terri phoned Simon about six weeks ago and finished it. Simon thinks the world of Terri, and that isn't going to change. He also understands her reason for ending it," Contactmusic quoted the source as saying.

It is being widely speculated that 34-year-old Seymour broke up on the phone because she wanted to marry and start a family, while Cowell didn't want to tie himself down. He recently said: "I don't want to marry anyone, because whoever marries me will end up hating me."

That sounds like a modest enough opinion of oneself, though a sad one.
