Perfect popped the question by showing Cochran a series of photos of their cat, Moloko, with one-word signs around its neck. The signs added up to a sentence. The final picture in the pack was of Warne holding a sign reading: "Will You Marry Me?"
"He was a wreck. I have never ever seen him so nervous," Cochran said of Perfect. "He was more nervous proposing than he was here tonight (at opening night)," she added.
Shane Warne believed that the producers of the musical should have sought his permission and was not supportive earlier. He was later on impressed and surprised with the performance of Eddie Perfect as the wayward spinner. Warne chose to watch the musical himself before its release in his hometown of Melbourne this week.
