A new book on Tamil superstar Rajnikanth, 'Rajni Pera Kettalae' ('Just hear the name of Rajni'), authored by an ardent fan of his, Dr Gayathri Srikanth, would be released by DMK MP and Tamil Nadu Chief Minister M Karunanidhi's poetess daughter Kanimozh here on November 30.

Industrialist Neena Reddy and Chairman of Savera Hotels would receive the first copy from Ms Kanimozhi.

Prominent people from various walks of life will take part in the function.

Popular film personalities like actors Sivakumar, Jeyam Ravi, Srikanth, Jeeva, Karan, Narain, Delhi Ganesh, Kathadi Ramamoorthy, Madan Bob, Sampath, actresses Sandhya, Keerthy Chawla, Vijayalakshmi, Lekha Washington, producer Pushpa Kandaswamy, directors P Vasu, Vijay, Visu, cinematographer P C Sriram, art director Thotta Tharani, poetess Tamizhachi Thangapandian, music composer G V Prakash, Mrs Suma Harris Jeyaraj, playback singers Chinmayi, Srilekha and television artiste Vijay Adhiraj would also grace the occasion, a statement said.
