Christmas Celebration With 80 Year old Tree

"It's so threadbare but it was my husband's pride and joy. I think it's the oldest tree in the country," the Telegraph quoted Fearn, as saying.
"I have to admit it's getting a bit tatty now. I just hope I don't do any damage to it this year. I always try to decorate it like Geoff did," Fearn added. Fearn revealed that her husband loved Christmas and decorating the tree.
"Geoff just loved Christmas - and Christmas had to be with the family and his tree, which was given to him by his grandmother when he was a small boy," Fearn said."We always had a big tree as well as this one," she added.
The Octogenarian has vowed never to get rid of the tree and says she knows her husband, a former bus driver, would want her to keep on using it. She decorates the old tree with a gold bell, a pipe and a Father Christmas figurine.
