Sperm analyser to treat male infertility installed

Visakhapatnam, Jan 2 (UNI) The city-based Krishna IVF Clinic has installed a world class sperm analyser, Director G Rama Raju said today.

Informing this to newspersons here, he said the spream analyser, imported from Spain, would analyse the spermatic motility, morphology, DNA fragmentation and cell counter and concentration.

Mr Raju claimed that the analysis, acclaimed as a boon to the treatment of male infertility, would be helpful in determining effective treatment course for couple.

Results are avialable in a short time.

In morphological analysis, the head size, length, width, elipticity, elongation, regosity, regularity, tail type and other details of the sperm would be obtained, he added.
