Britney Spears saves elderly couples
Britney Spears, the 25-year-old singer saved an elderly couple from a jellyfish-infested beach during her Mexico holiday. She stayed at Punta Mita's Four Season hotel over the weekend.
She reportedly told the older couple, "Be careful, there are lots of Man o' War jellyfish washing up on shore, you don't want to get stung." Britney - who traveled to Mexico with a friend on Thursday (31.05.07) and arrived back in Los Angeles on Sunday (03.06.07) showed off her tanned and toned figure in a skimpy thong bikini during her relaxing sunshine break. A source added, "She seemed happy and carefree with her friend."
Britney Spears, before heading off on her exotic trip, confessed on her personal website, that she was "lost" and had "hit rock bottom" when she suffered her breakdown earlier this year. The mother-of-two blamed her excessive partying and her split from husband Kevin Federline for her erratic behaviour which included shaving her head and checking into rehab. Britney wrote, "Recently, I was sent to a very humbling place called rehab. I truly hit rock bottom. I realised how much energy and love I had put into my past relationship when it was gone because I genuinely did not know what to do with myself, and it made me so sad. I confess I was so lost."
