Sunny Deol is known for his patriotic kind of roles. His roles in films like Gadar, Border, and Maa Tujhe Salaam went on to become very popular with the masses. Now, the actor is doing a complete turn around because in the past, he has played anti-Pakistani roles in films like 'Gadar', 'Border', 'Maa Tujhe Salaam' and others. In producer-director Ammtoje Mann's Kaafila, he will be seen playing a patriotic Pakistani. It comes as no surprise that most of his previous roles haven't gone down to well with Pakistanis in Pakistan and other countries as well. In fact, distributors in US and UK do not buy films featuring Deol. But this movie sure will be a welcome change. Kaafila also stars Sana Nawaz, a Pakistani film actress and Mona Lisa, a Pakistani television actress. The film is scheduled to have an October/November release.
