One rumor that buzzed around the city yesterday was that Rahul Khanna has committed . There was no doubt that all his friend, well wishers and fans tried calling him at home and office to get the truth out. However none could get through in the initial hours of the day. So the rumor gained more momentum.
By day end Rahul himself called us saying, "Yes, I came to know about this rumor. It's a really absurd and irresponsible rumor. I am down with a terrible viral infection and have lost my voice so I haven't been able to take calls."
He also informed that off lately he has been shooting for Raj Kanwar's Raqeeb since a month. He was supposed to start a new project with a TV channel this week, but had to postpone it as he is down with the viral infection.
It may be recalled that there were similar rumors regarding Aishwarya Rai, Salman Khan and Smriti Irani some time back.
