'Golmaal' sequel: On or off?
By Taran Adarsh, IndiaFM
The super success of PHIR HERA PHERI and KRRISH has only strengthened the belief in sequels. No wonder, almost every producer is either keen to remake a successful film or attempt a sequel. Of late, there's talk that reputed production house Ashtavinayak and director Rohit Shetty are in the process of starting the sequel to GOLMAAL - FUN UNLIMITED.
"Nothing is confirmed yet," Rohit Shetty sheds light on the development, "The thought did cross our mind, but I am starting three films next, for Shemaroo, Ramesh Sippy [starring Nana Patekar] and Ekta Kapoor. The scripting of these films will be over by August-end. I am committed to these films at the moment, before starting any other project, including the sequel to GOLMAAL."
So,
is
the
sequel
on
or
off?
"Even
if
we
decide
to
go
for
a
sequel,
it
wouldn't
start
immediately," the
talented
director
adds.
The
confirmation
should
set
