Krrish definitely seems to have struck a chord with the masses and academics, alike. After being appreciated by everyone, the film will be used as a case study by IIM-Indore. The decision was jointly taken by The Indian Institute of Management (IIM) in Indore, the Asia Research Centre, the University Of Hong Kong and Harvard Business Case Clearance House. An international case study, it will be taught in Indian management institutes across the country and in schools in Europe, Asia, Latin and North America.

It is one of the few Bollywood movies that has made its presence felt in the international market. More so, it has promoted the brand 'India.' The case study will help students in learning management practices, global management of business and global factors of production. Rakesh Roshan, the producer and director of the film, didn't expect such a phenomenal response. He along with the cast and crew members of the film are ecstatic.
