Tips To Remove Egg Smell From Utensils
Having eggs at any time of the day seems like a good idea. It saves major efforts in cooking. You just need to either boil them or scramble them and get some bread to have along.
Its like the easiest thing to make and is pretty good on your stomach too. What more, it takes care of your hunger too. But, what about the smell it leaves on the utensils you just used to cook them?

How to get rid of egg smell from dishes and utensils? After having eggs, you just don’t want to have that smell spreading in your house. It’s not really a pleasant smell.

You don’t want to spend more time cleaning than you did while you cooked. It would not really be worth it because basically you would be spending around the same time you would, had you cooked anything else.
Also, leaving on the egg dishes for later is also not a good idea. Well, there are ways to remove that egg smell from utensils. Use of some basic ingredients helps you remove the egg smell.
Gram Flour Method
When you are done with eating your egg, your dishes will accumulate the smell that eggs leave on. So, what next? Well, take some gram flour and rub it along the dish. Let it settle on the dish for a while. Once done, gently clean off the whole dish. See, the smell’s no more on your dish.
Treat it with Lemon Juice
Cooking eggs can leave the egg odor on the utensil. How to get rid of egg smell on utensils? Well, lemon juice is pretty good in doing that. You can use pure lemon juice to wash the utensils. If you don’t want to use lemon juice directly, you can dip a piece of cloth into lemon juice and rub it along the utensil. Rinse them after a while. The egg smell will vanish. In fact, you can even purchase a liquid soap that contains lemon juice. Even that would be good enough to clean your utensils suffering from egg smell.
Vinegar Sprays
With plastic dishes, the smell lingers on for some time. You don’t really want that awful smell to spread across your homes do you? So, you can put those plastic dishes to wash after having sprayed the vinegar sprays over them. Let it be with the vinegar sprays for a while. After some time, wash it with a gentle soap. The egg smell would have gone off from the plates.
Vinegar Treatment
When you are planning to clean utensils to get rid of the egg smell, first wash the dishes and utensils with normal soap. After you are done washing, add a teaspoon of vinegar to the utensil and leave it on for a while. Then wash it with water. The egg smell’s gone and your dish smells as good as new.
Baking Soda Methods
Baking soda is used more or less to remove such horrible smells that irritate your nose. In the baking soda solution prepared by you, dip the utensils that were used to make eggs. Leave it in for some time. After that rinse the utensils with regular soap liquids and leave it to dry. At the end of this exercise, the smell of eggs would have left the dishes.
