Once the soda is in, pour a cup of vinegar into the drain. If possible cover the drain. If you have drain cover, nothing like it. Let the vinegar and soda do their job for around half an hour. Uncover the drain and pour down a good amount of water to clear the dirt completely.

But this natural remedy for clogged sink works if your drain pipe is made of metal. In case of plastic, try to avoid it to prevent damage to it.
