2. As towels are used regularly, it is important to wash them once in a week. Soak the towel in hot water with detergent for 30-45 minutes.

3. Baking soda is an effective ingredient to get rid of stinky smell from towels. Add a spoon of baking soda in hot water and soak the towel for 20-30 minutes.

4. Use a brush to take out dirt and stains from towels. You can use lemon slices to clean the towel and remove mildew smell which can remain even after washing.

6. You can add few drops of white vinegar if you don't like fabric conditioner. White vinegar is good to keep the towels clean and free from stinky smell.

7. It is good to use dryer. This takes out the excess water from the towel and helps dry it easily.
