Spinach - A green leafy wonder as it can be called this fall vegetable is a wonderful treat to the taste buds. Sow the spinach seeds in well fertilized soil. It is better that you plant this fall vegetable in the shade of some other tall plants in the garden, rather than exposing them to direct sunlight. Water them sparingly till the leaves sprout out. You will find great delight in these green leaves for your cooking.
Broccoli- This is one of the superfoods that you may wish to have in the list of your fall vegetables. It is better that you first plant the broccoli seedlings indoors before you place it in the garden. Do this at least six weeks after the plant starts growing.
