Cozy closet, aromatic arena, favourite music playing at the sides and its just you and your partner... lost in the world? But what if the furniture are placed in hotchpotch condition, wardrobe overflowing with clothes, food placed on a chair and you don't have space to move freely in the room. Doesn't that disturb the whole concept of peaceful lovemaking? Here are some tips that can make a difference in your bedroom.

Bed:
Start with choosing the wall against which you will place your bed. Do not place the bed at the dark side of the room; (preferably select the wall opposite or adjacent to your window which views a garden or a solicit area. This helps you in having a clear view of the outside arena and you don't feel that you are in a closed and choked room). There is no strict rule that the bed should be placed close to a wall. Try positioning it out into the room. Place a decorative screen or a tall tree behind the headboard to fill a corner behind the bed.

Nightstand:
A nightstand with drawers and shelves and a lamp can be placed at both sides of the bed. This lets you have a visual balance and allows the couple to have their own reading light in the night. You can place the magazine, alarm clock, books and water on it. The beds have to be cozy. The spreadsheet should be colourful or that go with the colour of the wall. The beds with the drawers will help you to store some extra spreadsheets or some clothes or books and save space in the room as well.

Pillows:
Place a lot of pillows on the bed graduating them down in size varying in colours and patterns but in similar shape, it doesn't matter what style of bedroom you have, whether contemporary or traditional.

Drawer Dresser:
A dresser with full-length mirror or cheval with traditional framework for an elegant focal point. This is very functional too you can place the cosmetics in the drawer, as it proves to be too handy.

Armoire:
An Armoire can be accommodated with TV, audio systems, or books. Place some gaudy vase or doll on top of it to add to the beauty of the room. Placing the furniture's in the diagonal shape creates wedges of space that can be used for a desk or comfortable reading chair.

Kids Bed:
Space is an important feature to look upon while arranging the furnitures in the children's bedroom.

A bed with the trundle or wheel can transform the bedroom into playroom. Interior designers say that trundle beds are excellent for sleepover parties or even during guest at home.

Bunk beds help in creating space. They are also available in metal and solid wood with nightstands and toy chests. Some of them can also be separated to two individual beds.

Use bright colored bedcovers with your child's favourite cartoon characters like Mickey Mouse or Winnie the Pooh. Curtain, posters and other paraphernalia can compliment the children's bedroom.
