Home Remedies: How To Use Garlic To Treat Foot Fungus During Monsoon

which it helps in treating a number of health issues.

It is mainly the allicin compound found in garlic that is known to have immense antibiotic properties and is used to treat infections of any kind effectively. Meanwhile, also learn about the health benefits of eating garlic.
In addition to this, garlic is loaded with calcium, vitamins - mainly vitamin C and B6, minerals, iron and potassium, just to name a few. Consuming garlic on a regular basis helps in boosting the immune system, and this in turn helps to fight the infections.

Here we have explained about the best ways to use garlic to treat foot fungus, one of the most common problems during monsoon. Take a look.

1. Crushed Garlic Paste:
Take 3-6 garlic cloves and crush them until you get a smooth paste.
Add a tablespoon of olive oil and then mix it well.
Apply this mixture on the affected feet using a cotton ball.
Do this 2-3 times a day until you see that the infection is healing.

2. Garlic & Aloe Vera:
Take a piece of fresh aloe vera and then extract the gel.
Take a few garlic cloves, crush them until you get a paste and then mix it along with the aloe vera gel.
Apply it on the infected area and leave it for about 30 minutes.
Rinse it using cold water. Do this twice a day for best result.

3. Garlic & Apple Cider Vinegar:
Take 3-6 garlic cloves and crush them until you get a smooth paste.
Add one tablespoon of apple cider vinegar to the crushed garlic.
Apply the mixture on the affected area using a cotton ball.
Keep it for about 10 minutes and then remove it.
Do this twice a day for best results.

4. Garlic & Baking Soda:
Take a few garlic cloves, crush them and then squeeze the juice.
Add this to a bowl and mix it along with a tablespoon of baking soda.
Apply this on the affected area and allow it to dry.
Rinse it using water and pat dry.
Do this once for a week for best results.
