Pain During Urination

Changes In Testes
The most prominent sign of cancer in men is any colour changes in the testes. If you happen to notice any dark colour on your testes or find any lump, it is better to take a test to be on the safe side.
Skin Changes
Experts believe that men above the age of 50 are prone to developing skin cancer. If you notice an unusual skin colour change, it could be one of the signs of cancer in men.
Sores
