Heat Stroke Cures

The name is as dangerous as it sounds. Heat Stroke is basically a form of Hyperthermia, which is an elevated body temperature accompanied with neurological symptoms.
Generally, body excretes heat through skin or by perspiration but under extreme heated conditions, the body temperature may rise to an extent that all the heat couldn't be dissipated and this is one of the major causes of heat stroke. Heat Stroke also happens by dehydration. In this state, the body is not able to shed out heat.
It proper help is not given at the right time, Heat Stroke can be risk to life.
Heat Stroke Symptoms
1.High Body Temperature
2.Fast Pulse
3.Breathing Problem
4.Uneasy Feeling
5.Hallucinations
6.Nausea
7.Agitation
Heat Stroke Cures
1.Cold water bath for 40 minutes, three times a day.
2.Ice Pack in Armpits.
3.Don't let the Patient mouth be dry, pour little amount of water in intervals.
4.Don't keep the patient immediately under AC but lie him down in a cool place.
5.Fruit juice is recommended.
6.Light food like Khichri is advised.
7.Sleep is the best medicine.
Heat Stroke Prevention
1.Intake a lot of glucose water.
2.Wear light coloured and light weight clothes
3.Avoid junk food.
4.Avoid going out in Sun in empty stomach.
5.Eat light food.
6.Avoid fluctuation in temperature.
