Samant Chauhan's Collection At AIFW 2016: Luxurious Ivory And Decadent Red
This year's Amazon India Fashion Week has blown us away. Why? Because of outstanding designers like Samant Chauhan. He is an alumnus of NIFT, New Delhi and he's known for aesthetic ideas and great taste in choosing fabric and silhouettes. He has carved a niche for himself in the Indian fashion industry and this is no surprise since he has genuine talent and a flair for fantastic couture.
Amazon India Fashion Week 2016 is all about bringing Indian designers to the public realm and showcasing their exquisite work. Samant Chauhan is one Indian designer who really turned the ambiance sublime with ivory and scarlet dresses sashaying up and down the runway. The theme was Victorian yet urban and elaborate. We loved watching those gorgeous models own the runway in Chauhan's decorated outfits.
The embroidery was all in olive green, navy blue and peach, a match made in heaven.
The fitted bodice makes for one stunning visual, so does the head gear!
We love how the skirt flows about the model and creates so much drama all of a sudden.
The silhouette of this dress makes the wearer look super slim and tall, who can deny?
The exaggerated shoulders are great for making a statement where ever you go.
Samant Chauhan's famous blood red lining makes for a vampy look indeed.
Anyone can tell it's Chauhan when they spot all that gorgeous gold detailing on the ivory.
