Ashish Soni is a Delhi-based designer known for his label namesake, which started in 1991.
After establishing himself as one of the pioneers of contemporary fashion, Soni attained pronounced success in global fashion. He was the first Indian designer to get invited for Olympus Fashion Week 2005.
His exposure to various international fashion forums helped him to acquire a superior taste in details and has also refined his designs. His signature style includes neutral hues, complexed eastern designs and streamlined cuts. Ashish Soni's creative mind and elegant styles accompanied with flawless artistry and enthralling fashion statements have won him many accolades in the fashion world.
His experiments with fabrics; mixing unusual textures with different fabrics took him to The House of Francois Lasage, Paris. He was chosen to showcase an exclusive collection to commemorate the Millennium celebrations of Khajuraho.
For Amazon Indian Fashion Week Spring/Summer Collection 2016, Ashish bring the best of his contemporary treasure. His inspiration from the modern-age fashion is well reflected in this collection. His tee-a-tee with fabrics and streamlined cut-outs is remarkable. His eye for detail has made the ensembles even pronounced. We absolutely fell in love with this chic dress. By far the most simple and elegant attire. And the top-knot just graces the ensemble even more.
Coco Chanel gave us classic LBD, Ashish gives us this...A brilliance of fabric combined with neat cut-outs, what can we say? What detailings!
Though, we are not quite sure about the embroidered jeans. Perhaps, Ashish is trying to bring back the old days, but we totally loved the jacket and the orderly hem.
