Meera Chopra-Rakshit Kejriwal Wedding: The Bride Picks Vibrant Red Lehenga Over Pastel Ensemble, Get Inspired
Priyanka Chopra's cousin Meera Chopra married her beu Rakshit Kejriwal in an intimate ceremony in Jaipur on Tuesday. The lovely bride took to Instagram to share some beautiful pictures from her D-day.
Speaking of her bridal ensemble, in particular, Meera opted for a bright red lehenga rather than following a pastel wedding outfit trend!

Read on to get the style insights of Meera Chopra and Rakshit Kejriwal's wedding look.
Actor and model Meera Chopra made a pretty bride in a beautiful red lehenga outfit designed by Bollywood's favourite designer Sabyasachi Mukherjee. Meera's red traditional lehenga was a masterpiece in design and craftsmanship. The vibrant red colour, a classic choice for Indian celebrations, symbolized passion, energy, and auspiciousness.
The voluminous red skirt was adorned with intricate embroidery and embellishments, adding a touch of regality to the entire outfit. The craftsmanship on the lehenga featured traditional motifs, delicate threadwork, and sequin detailing, creating a captivating visual appeal. The silhouette of the lehenga was tailored to perfection, flattering Meera's figure and allowing her to move with grace.
The traditional choli or lehenga complemented the richness of the lehenga. It was designed with a modern twist, featuring a stylish cut, deep back, or perhaps an off-shoulder pattern. The blouse's intricate detailing matched that of the lehenga, ensuring a seamless and cohesive look. Meera's choice of a well-fitted choli added a contemporary touch to the traditional attire, striking a perfect balance between timeless elegance and modern aesthetics.
Meera draped the dupatta in a way that showcased the intricate border and embroidery, adding a layer of sophistication to her appearance. The colour coordination between the lehenga and dupatta was seamless, creating a visually appealing harmony.

The lovely bride complemented her wedding ensemble with traditional jadau jewellery. She adorned herself with a large choker neckpiece, and statement earrings that complemented the embroidery on her lehenga. A statement maang tikka, red chooda bangles with golden kaliras added a touch of tradition to her overall look, enhancing the regal aura of the ensemble.
The actress opted for a hairstyle that accentuated the neckline of her blouse. Meera styled her tresses in a neatly tied bun with pretty flowers that seamlessly blended with the overall aesthetic. Her makeup was kept elegant and defined with a matte makeup look which comprised a neutral base, flushed cheeks, well-defined eyes, and a bold lip colour, adding a hint of glamour to the traditional attire.

Meera's groom, Rakshit Kejriwal complemented his new bride by opting for an off-white toned traditional sherwani outfit. He sported a traditional saafa, statement watch and intricate mojris to complete his Indian groom avatar!
Meera Chopra's choice of the red traditional lehenga was undoubtedly well-suited for a special occasion or celebration. Whether it was a wedding, a festive event, or a grand reception, the vibrant red hue and intricate detailing made a powerful style statement.
The outfit not only reflected Meera's appreciation for traditional craftsmanship but also showcased her ability to merge cultural elements with contemporary fashion trends. The pretty bride Meera with her classic Indian bridal look served as the style inspiration for all the future Indian brides for sure!
