Lakme Fashion Week 2016 Summer Resort: Swati & Sunaina's Special Craft
It is commonly said, that when you work as a team the output is more than just fantastic, it is splendid in all forms.
Textile designers Swati & Sunaina swept us off our feet on day 2 at the Lakme Fashion Week 2016 Summer Resort. Their very bright and interesting collection was sensuous, gossamer creations in soothing and calm pastel shades and hand loomed with affection.
This summer collection pays homage to a wearer's purest and calmest incarnation, to 'Radha'. This line as you can see portrays a rich look of sarees which feature in summer hues like corals, blues, pinks and beige.
The fabric which is used in each of these designer wear sarees are none other than pure Zari. According to the very talented designers, most of the nine-yard attires are for evening wear which is why it is decked with shimmer and molten shades of gold.
Take a look at these sarees and stunning dupattas featured in this collection, it is something your eyes should not fail to give a miss:

White With Motiff
The Mughal motiff you see on this white saree is what brings out the essence of the designer's work.

Beautiful Burnt Brick
This beautiful burnt brick saree is dedicated for the modern woman. We love how the gold border blends with the hue.

Long Sleeved Choli
The long sleeved cholis are back with a bang, and this season, these designers give the sleeve look a raise with a flare at the elbows.

Big Borders
This vintage saree is a must own. Though the big borders are a little sore to the eyes, the 3-d effect of the print is interesting and new.

For A Haldi Ceremony
Brides to be, this is what you should wear for your haldi ceremony. It is glamourous, it is stunning, and your the bride, so it will make you look the best.

Summer Sun Shades
This is the perfect combination of colours. The turquoise blue off shoulder choli blends in well with the mustard yellow saree.

Green Is The New Black
For the summer, the colour green is the new black. So, grab your shade of green today and flaunt it off this hot season.

Speechless
We must say that this metallic orangy red saree made our eyes glisten.

Time For Beige
Swati & Sunaina introduced this sober colour with poise and grace. We love the intricate work done on the entire saree.
