Actor Aamir Khan's daughter Ira Khan married her boyfriend Nupur Shikhare in Mumbai on Wednesday. The Bollywood superstar hosted the newlywed's close family and friends at an intimate wedding ceremony.

Ira and Nupur opted for a court marriage ceremony and held a reception at Taj Lands End in Bandra Mumbai. The Bride, Ira Khan is the founder of Agastu Foundation which addresses mental healthcare and the groom Nupur Shikhare is a celebrity fitness trainer.

From her edgy style preferences from the past, it was expected that Aamir Khan's daughter Ira Khan would go for something 'unconventional' for her wedding look! The Bride, Ira Khan surely made one 'eclectic' bride for her marriage with beau Nupur Shikhare.

Instead of selecting the quintessential traditional heavy lehenga or silk saree outfit, Ira Khan chose a pastel pink colour harem pants with matte golden-silver zardosi zari embroidery work and paired it with a turquoise-toned velvet blouse with deep V-neckline and embroidered detailing. She added a pastel pink net dupatta as a veil!

To accentuate her wedding trousseau, Ira Khan opted for traditional Jadau jewellery which included a statement polki necklace, chandelier earrings, maang tikka, bangles, and a matching finger ring. The edgy bride added an eclectic touch to her Bohemian-style wedding look by flaunting a sporty watch, beaded bracelet, rings and kolhapuri chappals!

Ira Khan's bridal makeup comprised a neutral base, statement kohled eyes with a silver eye palette, dewy cheeks, highlighted eyebrows, and pastel pink lip colour. Her red-toned highlighted tresses were left open and accessorized with polki maang tikka.

The groom, Nupur Shikhare complemented his lovely bride Ira Khan by opting for a blue modern sherwani outfit with minimal threadwork embroidery detailing. Nupur kept it super minimal by complementing his wedding outfit with a statement ring and kolhapuri sandals. For his court-registered marriage ceremony, Mr Shikhare opted for 'athleisure' wear that comprised a black vest and grey shorts and wore sports sneakers!

Earlier for their pre-wedding celebrations, Ira and Nupur sported a lovely traditional style that received a lot of compliments from their family and friends. Ira Khan looked lovely in a red chiffon handloom saree with a golden zari border and teamed it with a halter neck golden-toned blouse. She kept it super minimal by complementing the saree ensemble with a simple neck chain, statement watch and red bindi! Nupur Shikhare looked handsome in a traditional kurta set and beige-golden saafa!
