India Couture Week kick-started yesterday and we could not believe our eyes when we saw Deepika and Fawad walking the ramp for Manish Malhotra.

Deepika looked like a Persian queen in Manish Malhotra's red lehenga. It was surreal. Fawad, on the other hand, walked in his velvet sherwani and what was next, the audiences were left flabbergasted.

In the midst of this clamour, we forget that the singer and VJ Sophie Choudry also graced the event, looking absolutely heart throbbing. Sophie showed up right before the opening show of Manish Malhotra.

Sophie was seen wearing a splendid and regal outfit. She wore a plunging neckline gown that edged out because of its royal wine colour. The gown also features layers of contrasting colours. The dramatic flares in the gown caused Sophie to look an inch taller.

Sophie paired the look with a beautiful emerald necklace. She went for the wavy hairstyle. We loved how she kept it simple and chic unlike other Indian looks that are overwhelmed with bling,
