Tisca Chopra hails from Kasauli, Himachal Pradesh but grew up in Delhi. She graduated from Apeejay School, Noida and studied English literature at Hindu College, University of Delhi. She also started working actively with amateur theater. While at college, she started writing for several publications and began acting in plays for a local theater group for college festivals.

After finishing her education, she moved to Mumbai and trained in acting with notable theater artists Feroz Abbas Khan and Naseeruddin Shah. She is known for her work in the famous play Dinner With Friends, where she played the character of Dia, a failed artist with a broken marriage.

Tisca Chopra was seen at an event last night, it was the launch of a book called From My Kitchen To Yours. This lovely Chopra lady arrived in style. We love her plain mustard brown top teamed up with a deep emerald green accordion pleated skirt. The skirt was tea length, so it showed off her strappy sandals well.
