Sonam Kapoor gets better with every outfit. Recently, Sonam attended an Indian Film Festival Of Melbourne and bagged an award for her critically acclaimed movie Neerja.

Since it was Sonam Kapoor on the receiving end, the outfit cannot be boring. Sonam chose to wear Anamika Khanna's designs. She is known to wear Anamika Khanna's creations quite often. Especially, on the Cannes red carpet.

The outfit was freshly taken off the runway of India Couture Week 2016. The intricate fish scales on the outfit will definitely trigger your interest in the print.

The ensemble is comprised of three pieces: a top, pants and a maxi jacket; all of which come in the same print. Just when you thought the scallop hem top and high waist pant cannot get any better, you'll end up admiring the splendid jacket addition.

The dramatic jacket adds the remaining charm to the outfit. Sonam carried this offbeat outfit effortlessly. To be fair, if Sonam won't carry this well, who else will?

She added an antique choker to amp up her look. We also spotted an antique ring and studded earrings on her.

Sonam wore her hair open in side-partition. She opted for dark makeup.
