Amazon India Fashion Week 2016 A/W: Divyam Mehta's Into The Woods Men's Collection
Designer Divyam Mehta is known for his eclectic creations. This year at the Amazon India Fashion Week 2016 A/W we were excited and awaiting to see his new line ' Into The Woods'.
The collection is an ode to the modern globetrotter, a man who travels across cultures and time zones, and seamlessly adapts to different environments to celebrate his diverse experiences.
Into the woods is a dramatic infusion from across the globe from Indian embroidery to Italian tailoring and Japanese art. The line you see is a melting pot of cultures, techniques and technology.
Global influences are celebrated across the collection with the combination of an Indian silk shibori gilet that is teamed with Japanese cotton cupro samurai trousers, a linen knit t-shirt and leopard print hair on leather sneakers.
The garments features earthy hues to harmoniously form shibori patterns and create stunning designs. The models who are on the ramp are sporting samurai trousers, gilets (nehru jackets), long shirts, desert boots, boat shoes and oxfords.
The designs also has a combination of Japanese fabrics, silks, merino wool, linen knits and khadi denims infused with traditional Indian Kantha embroidery and the quilting technique.
Here are some of the best moments captured on day 3 of Divyam Mehta's mens collection at AIFWAW 2016, take a look:

Range Of Stripes
Knotted scarfs, spotted shoes and striped bandgalas.

Blue It Is
The blue shirt complements the brocade velvet Nehru jacket.

Man Shawls
This collection also saw a couple of man shawls for the winter.

A New Shade
The printed pant matched with red sneakers and a black long sleeved t-shirt was a thriller on the ramp.

Classic Blue
The blue long sleeved tee and a printed pant to match. Love the style from the mens collection.

Forest Colours
We got to see a lot of forest colours too on the ramp. A warm hue to bring in the winter.

Charcoal Hues
The ankle cigarette pant and the black tux seem to make this look worthwhile.

Long Jackets
The long black jacket matched with a printed loose pant made us fall in love with this new line by designer Mehta.
