Dr. Shivanna is an Anaesthetist, Chronic Pain specialist and Acupuncturist practising Chronic pain treatment at the Apollo Hospitals, Bangalore.

Dr. Shivanna is one of the very few chronic pain specialists in the country.

The World Institute Of Pain has awarded him with the fellowship in Interventional Pain Procedures.

Dr. Shivanna is an Anaesthetist, Chronic Pain specialist and Acupuncturist practising Chronic pain treatment at the Apollo Hospitals, Bangalore.

He holds an MBBS from Bangalore Medical College and Research Institute and a Masters Degree in Anaesthesia from the prestigious institute PGIMER (Chandigarh).

After a small duration of service in Bangalore, Dr. Shivanna went to the United Kingdom for further training In Anaesthesia and Chronic Pain.

Dr. Shivanna got further training in Chronic Pain at the Broomfield Hospital, Chelmsford.

He also got his Fellowship in Interventional Pain Procedures (FIPP), which was awarded by the World Institute Of Pain.

He is also trained in Acupuncture, specifically for chronic pain from the British Medical Society Of Acupuncture (BMAS).
