Realising the need of generating awareness among the public about cancer and that it is curable if taken care of in time, Dr. Nagnoor is known to have conducted several awareness camps and programmes across Karnataka as well as its neighbouring States.

He holds a postgraduate degree in Community Medicine from the Bangalore Medical College and Research Institute.
